The regular meeting of the Board of the Town of Arland was called to order by Chairman, Maynard Hoff, with all board members present.
Clerk Fall presented the minutes of the previous meeting. Motion to approve was made by Brad Wolf, second by Chuck Richards, Motion carried.
Treasurer Nelson gave a financial update, noting a balance in the general checking account of $238,122.56. She also provided balances on CDs held by the Town, noting a maturing CD on November 12th in the amount of $278,365.38. Board discussed renewal or redemption into the checking account. Motion by Brad Wolf, second by Chuck Richards to accept the report as given, including a recommendation to deposit the maturing CD into the checking account. Motion carried.
Phil gave an update on highway maintenance an the status of the new truck.
Bills were presented for consideration. Motion to approve all for payment was made by Chuck Richards, second by Brad Wolf. Motion carried.
Net meeting was set for Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 5:30 PM.

The regular board meeting was followed by the Budget Hearing and Special Meeting to set the levy. Following the special meetings, the Town of Arland held an informational meeting regarding the consideration of adopting County Zoning. This was an open meeting to the public led by Barron County Zoning Administrator, David Gifford.
