The annual audit of the financial records was conducted at 5:30 PM.
The regular meeting of the Board of the Town of Arland was called to order by Chairman, Maynard Hoff, with all board members present.
Clerk Fall presented the minutes of the previous meeting. Motion to approve was made by Brad Wolf, second by Chuck Richards. Motion carried.
Treasurer Nelson gave the financial update. She noted a balance in the general checking as of 2-28-26 at $326,957.06 – which still included tax settlement for Prairie Farm school. She also gave a recap of CDs currently held at the Sterling Bank, including balances and maturity dates. Motion to accept the report and approve the audit was made by Maynard Hoff, second by Brad Wolf. Motion carried.
Phil gave the highway report and equipment update, Board discussed projects anticipated including bridge and culvert repair and replacement. Phil reported that the new truck is nearing conpletion.
Registration for the Spring WTA district meeting was discussed. Clerk will send in registration for Maynard and Brad.
Bills were presented. Discussion followed. Motion to approve all for payment was made by Brad Wolf, second by Chuck Richards. Motion carried.
Next meeting was set for April 21, 2026. Regular meeting at 5:30 PM with the Annual Meeting to follow.
