The regular meeting of the Board of the Town of Arland was called to order by Chairman, Maynard Hoff, with all board members present.
Minutes of the previous meeting were presented by Clerk Fall. A motion was made by Robert Nelson, second by Brad Wolf to approve. Motion carried.
Treasurer, Jodene Nelson presented the Treasurer’s update. She reviewed balances in the general checking as well as all CDs currently held by the Town, stating the maturities on each. Board members concurred that the maturing CDs should be combined with no further investment added for 2018. Motion to approve was made by Maynard Hoff, with Brad Wolf making the second to the motion. Motion carried.

Maynard provided the highway maintenance update for Phil.
Superior Silica Sands report was given by Steve Nelson. Activity has slowed down with hopes for increased sales in early 2019.
No public comment.
Bills were presented for review. Motion was made by Brad Wolf and seconded by Maynard Hoff to pay all as presented. Motion carried.
Next meeting was set for January 8, 2019 – Caucus at 7:00 PM, followed by the regular meeting at 7:30 PM.
