The regular meeting of the Board of the Town of Arland was called to order by Chairman, Maynard Hoff on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at 6:00 PM.
Clerk Fall presented minutes of the September meeting. Motion to approve was made by Chuck Richard, second by Brad Wolf. Motion carried
Treasurer’s financial update was presented. Motion to accept as presented was made by Brad Wolf, second by Chuck Richards. Motion carried. Current general checking account balance was noted at $199,102.73.
Phil Hoff gave a highway maintenance update, noting the blacktopping work was being done on 7th St. Board also discussed the application process for the LRIP project on 7th Ave. Maynard will complete the application and work with Mark Servi.

Bills were presented for review. Discussion followed. Motion was made by Chuck Richards, second by Brad Wolf to approve all for payment. Motion arried
Next regular meeting was set for Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 6:00 PM. The town of Arland Budget Hearing and Special meeting will also be held on November 14th immediately following the regular meeting.
Motion was made to adjourn by Brad Wolf, second by chuck Richards. Motion carried.
