The regular meeting of the Board of the Town of Arland was called to order by Chairman, Maynard Hoff. All board members were present.
Clerk Fall presented the minutes of the September 2020 meeting, followed by a motion to approve by Brad Wolf, second by Robert Nelson. Motion carried.
Treasurer, Jodene Nelson presented the financial update, followed by a motion to accept by Robert Nelson, second by Brad Wolf. Motion carried.
Board discussed the proposed letter that Treasurer Nelson will include in the 2020 Statement of Taxes sent to property owners in the town of Arland. Board concurred that the insert can be condensed to include the $25.00 spring clean up voucher to the Barron co Incinerator. All others information should be included as unchanged.
Phil Hoff was not available to give highway report.
No public comment.
Bills were presented for review. After discussion motion was made by Maynard Hoff, second by Robert Nelson to pay all as presented. Motion carried.
Next meeting was scheduled for Thursday, November 12, 2020 with the regular meeting beginning at 6:30 PM, followed by the Budget Hearing and special Meeting at approximately 7:00 PM.
