The annual meeting of the Town of Arland was called to order by Chairman Maynard Hoff at the town hall on April 16, 2013 at 8:45 PM.
Minutes of the 2012 Annual Meeting were presented by Clerk Fall. Motion to approve by Jodene Nelson, second by Stephanie Roberts. Motion carried.
The Annual Financial Report was presented and reviewed. Discussion followed, with a motion by Jodene Nelson, second by Stephanie Roberts to approve. Motion carried.
Fire Dept. annual report was given by Robert Nelson. Vince Wohlk was elected as the new fire chief for the Almena Fire Dept.
Ambulance meeting financial update by Maynard Hoff. Discussion followed.
Working Bank – Motion to approve Sterling Bank as the working bank for Town of Arland was made by Troy Rischette, second by Cindi Nelson, Motion carried.
Open Forum – questions on a truck being ordered for the Town of Arland. No further discussion.
Next meeting will be the second Tuesday of April in 2014.
