The regular meeting of the Board of the Town of Arland was called to order by Chairman, Maynard Hoff, with all board members present. Clerk Fall presented the minutes of the October meeting. Motion to approve was made by Robert Nelson, second by Brad Wolf. Motion carried. Treasurer, Jodene Nelson presented the financial update. Motion was made to accept by Brad Wolf, second by Robert Nelson. Motion carried.
Phil Hoff gave a maintenance and equipment update. Phil discussed purchasing new tires for equipment. Hr presented a bid for Michelon tires through Pomps..at approximately $3,700. Motion was made by Robert to approve, second by Brad Wolf. Motion carried.
Discussion followed on purchasing the new fire number signs. Motion was made by Brad, second by Robert to purchase them directly through the Bureau of Corrections. Motion carried,
Treasurer Nelson presented her 2019 Tax Letter for consideration. Board agreed to do the 2020 Spring Clean Up Voucher – one $25.00 voucher per property owner. This voucher will be include in the tax statements being sent out. Motion was made by Brad and second by Robert to approve. Motion carried. All other information will remain the same as previous year.
Sharon Masek gave a brief update on Superior Silica Sands mining.

Bills were presented for consideration. Motion to approve all for payment was made by Brad, second by Maynard. Motion carried.
