The meeting of the Board of the Town of Arland was called to order by Chairman Maynard Hoff. No minutes or reports were given. All board members were present.
Motion was made by Brad Wolf/second by Hoff to go into closed session pursuant to WI Statutes 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of reviewing applications and considering employment for the full-time Patrol Operator position. Roll call result: Hoff-yes, Nelson-yes, Wolf-yes. Closed session to include Dale Degerman, Todd Huset, Pam Fall and Jodene Nelson.
Motion was made to return to open session by Wolf/second by Nelson. Motion carried.
Motion was made by Nelson/second by Wolf to offer the position to Mike Miller. Motion carried.
Motion by Hoff/Nelson to adjourn. Motion carried.
