The annual audit of financial records was conducted by members of the Town of Arland Board at 5:30 PM.
The regular meeting of the Board of the Town of Arland was called to order by Chairman, Maynard Hoff on Tuesday, March 12 2024 at 6:00 PM, with all board members present.
Clerk Fall presented the minutes of the previous meeting. Motion to approve by Brad Wolf, second by Chuck Richards. Motion carried.
Treasurer Nelson presented the financial update. Balance in the general checking account as of February 29, 2024 was noted s $185,713.69. Motion was made to accept the report as presented by Chuck Richards, second by Brad Wolf. Motion carried

CSM for Jeff Atwood property was presented for discussion and approval for signature. Motion to approve made by Maynard Hoff, second by Chuck Richards. Motion carried.

Phil gave a brief highway report noting road bans are still on. He also noted that he was waiting for the broom attachment and would have an additional cost for rollers at approximately $800.
Board discussed registration and attendance at a WTA district meeting on April 6th at Rice Lake. Chuck Richards and Maynard Hoff agreed to attend. Clerk will send in the registrations.
Bills were presented for review. Motion to approve all for payment was made by Brad Wolf, second by Chuck Richards. Motion carried
Next meeting was set for Tuesday, April 16 2024 t 6:00 PM. Regular meting will be held first followed by the Annual Meeting.
