The regular meeting of the Board of the Town of Arland was called to order by Chairman, Maynard Hoff on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 6:30 PM.
Clerk Fall presented the minutes of the April meeting. Motion to approve was made by Maynard Hoff, second by Brad Wolf. Motion carried. Treasurer, Jodene Nelson presented a financial update. She noted a general checking account balance of $317,167.60. Motion was made by Brad Wolf to accept the report, second by Maynard Hoff. Motion carried.
Phil Hoff discussed the current highway maintenance, including bridge work, Maynard Hoff presented the b id for hot mix for the LRIP program. Motion was made by Brad Wolf, second by Maynard to accept the bid from Monarch Paving for the hot mix material at 10 1/2 St of $35,000. Motion carried. Clerk will provide a copy of the minutes to the Barron County Highway office to complete the grant application.
Discussion was also made for chip sealing. Consensus was made that the Town of Arand will continue to work with Barron County Highway on chip sealing.

Bills were presented for review. Discussion followed. Motion was made to approve all for payment by Brad Wolf, second by Chuck Richards. Motion carried.
Next regular meeting was set for Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at 6:15 PM. Board of Review will be called to order at 6:15 PM, prior to the regular meeting. BOR will be adjourned to a later date, to meet State Statues, at such time that the Town of Arland Assessor is able to complete the reassessment roll. The date will be determined at that time.
Maynard was approved to sign the CSM documents for Bellefieuelle property.
Reminder to the Board members that the WTA meeting is scheduled for May 23, 2022.
