The special meeting of the Board of the Town of Arland was called to order by Chairman Maynard Hoff.
A motion was made by Brad Wolf and second by Maynard Hoff to go into closed session, pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(c) for the purpose of considering compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; and also pursuant to 19.85 (1)(f) for the purpose of preliminary consideration of personnel problems which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such problems, with a roll call vote to include Jodene Nelson — Robert Nelson-yes, Brad Wolf-yes, and Maynard Hoff-yes. Motion carried.
Board returned to open session with no action being taken.
Motion to adjourn by Maynard Hoff, second by Robert Nelson. Motion carried.
