The regular meeting of the Board of the Town of Arland was called to order by Chairman Maynard Hoff at 7:30 PM on April 21, 2015. All board members were present. Oath of Office was completed for all re-elected members: Maynard Hoff – Chairman, Robert Nelson – Supervisor, Brad Wolf – Supervisor, Jodene Nelson – Treasurer, and Pamela Fall – Clerk.
Minutes of the previous meeting were presented. Motion to approve by Nelson/Wolf. Motion carried. Treasurer’s report was given. Motion to accept by Nelson/Hoff. Motion carried.
Phil Hoff gave a brief highway maintenance report. Road bans are still on. More discussion will be given to a road repair plan during the annual meeting.
Pam gave an update on the hall remodeling. The work has been completed by Kauffman Interiors – very satisfied with the work.
WE Energies has asked the Town of Arland for regulations for set-backs and permits for a station they are wanting to build in the Town of Arland. Maynard will contact them.
Bills were presented for approval. Motion to approve for payment by Nelson/Wolf. Motion carried.
Next meeting is set for Tuesday, May 12th – 8 PM.
