The Annual Meeting of the Town of Arland was called to order by Chairman, Maynard Hoff at 7:15 PM on Tuesday, April 19, 2022.
Clerk Fall presented the minutes of the 2021 Annual Meeting. Motion was made to approve by Chuck Richards, second by Maynard Hoff. Motion carried.
The 2021 Financial Report was presented by Clerk Fall. Discussion followed. Motion was made by Maynard Hoff, second by Brad Wolf to approve. Motion carried.
The working bank recommended was the Sterling Bank of Barron. Motion to approve Sterling Bank as working bank was made by Chuck Richards, second by Brad Wolf. Motion carried.
Authorization to represent Town of Arland for investments at the Sterling Bank was recommended to be Jodene Nelson, Treas, and Pamela Fall, Clerk. Motion was made as such by Chuck Richards, second by Maynard Hoff. Motion carried.
The 2022 Road Plan was presented by Phil Hoff. Discussion followed. This plan will be a guide for the Town Board in coming months
The 2023 Annual meeting was set for Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 6:30 PM.
No other matters were presented.
