The regular meeting of the Board of the Town of Arland was called to order by Chairman, Maynard Hoff with all board members present.
Clerk Fall presented the minutes of the January meeting. Motion was made by Brad Wolf, second by Chuck Richards to approve. Motion carried. Treasurer, Jodene Nelson presented a financial update. She noted a current balance in the general fund of $118,529.50. No changes in CDs or savings.She is completing the tax collection and will be settling with the county soon. Motion was made to accept the report by Maynard Hoff and second by Brad Wolf. Motion carried.
Phil Hoff gave a report on highway maintenance. He reported that there is a new canopy on the shop service door. He also discussed some concerns with bridge work. This will be discussed more later in the spring.

WTA district meetings have been rescheduled. Board will attend the EC meeting on March 5th. They will e doing BOR training and certification.
Bills were presented for review. Motion was made to approve all for payment by Brad Wolf, second by Chuck Richards. Motion carried.
Next meeting was set for Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 6:00 PM. The financial audit will be conducted prior to the regular meeting.
