Chairman, Maynards Hoff called the special meeting of the Board of the Town of Arland to order at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, July 9, 2025.
Board Chairman introduced Barron County Land Services Director, David Gifford. Mr Gifford presented detailed information on the County’s Land Use Ordinance. He also presented maps detailing the various districts in the township. Dave provided information on the steps that would need to be taken, should the Town want to go forward with County Zoning. He pointed out that this is a lengthy project and would require input from land holders. Discussion followed. No action was taken.
The Board will continue to discuss at future meetings.
Motion to adjourn by Brad Wolf, second by Chuck Richards. Motion carried.
