The regular meeting of the Board of the Town of Arland was called to order by Chairman, Maynard Hoff, All board members were present.
Clerk Fall presented the minutes of the previous meeting. Motion to approve was made by Brad Wolf, second by Chuck Richards. Motion carried. Treasurer Nelso presented the financial update. She noted a balance in the general checking of $242,514.15. She also gavee a summary of the CDs currently held by the Town at an estimate of $850,000. Some discussion wa held on unpaid services. Motion to accept the report was made by Chuck Richards, second by Brad Wolf. Motion carried.
Board discussed the Special Meeting to be held on Tuesday, November 11th regarding information on zoning. Letters will be sent last week of October to all residents and property owners. Board members put together letters after meeting.
Phil gave a brief update on highway maintenance.
Bills were presented for review. Motion to approve all for payment was made by Brad Wolf, second by Chuck Richards. Motion carried.

Next meeting was set for Tuesday, November 11, 2025 – regular meeting at 5:00 PM, followed by the Budget Hearing and Special Meeting to set levy, The zoning informational meeting will begin at 6:30 PM.
